Not sure if Dr. Gurbir Toor is allowed to give wrong medicines. I didn’t ask for what she gave me. Lucky I asked pharmacist about medicine and came to know it’s not even for what my problem was. After long wait of 2 and half hours She ended up giving me wrong medicine. Better watch out what you giving to patient. If I didn’t consult pharmacist I would have been eating wrong medicine given by this so called doctor. You are getting way better paid then why not do job properly?

I was there with my 2 months old grandson and I was denied service with a valid temporary Health Card. The receptionist (Lakhjeet Kaur) was very unprofessional and rude, raising her voice to tell me I need to call Service Ontario right now to inquire about my grandson’s health card. She refused to let him see the pediatrician for his 2 months vaccine and I had no choice to leave since she wasn’t going to allow us to see the pediatrician. I’ve been going to Dr. Ihsan for more than 8 yrs now along with my family, He’s extremely professional and friendly, he takes the time to know his patients. I know if he was there in that moment I would’ve received better service. Unfortunately I had to take off since I had to come home to my other grandson and we’ve wasted enough time going there. On my way home one of the very friendly receptionist called me and ask if I can come back to the clinic and she’s going to have one of the Doctors see my grand son. She was able to get us in the room right away. I’m very disappointed with the way Lakhjeet Kaur dealt with the situation. I explained I’m not in control of Service Canada and their system to have the card ready. Every Canadian baby receives a temporary card until their original card is ready and mailed out. I strongly believe that the doctors need to be more selective with their receptionist because they can be very rude and not fully trained or qualified to handle informations. They Mayfield location has better service but Kennedy location needs to retrain their staff. Thanks to the receptionist that escalated the situation and also the Doctor who gave the vaccine. I do hope Lakhjeet will not attempt to harass another patient in the future. As a Canadian Citizen I know my rights and procedures.

It was great experience. I visited for the first time and got out in no time. Just half an hour to complete everything. Doctor and nurses are very polite and understand everything quick, some patients were rude but they take it in fun way and served best. I will recommend this place to international students.

Lakhjeet Kaur answered my phone call to book an in person appointment for my son, and wow let me tell you the customer service I received from her was unbelievable! Very rude, did not let Me my finish my question, did not offer any solution ! I hung up because I had enough of her, but I thought I would call back and complain, as for someone who works in a doctors office as well , this is horrible front desk manners. As from the post below me , I am sure this is how she handles most of the patients that come into this office. She should find a job that does not deal with customer service especially a doctors office ! Will be speaking with someone when I go in for my son's in person appointment!

If I could only rate Dr Aziz and Dr Wariach it would be 5 stars. They are amazing Dr's. However this places needs a 360 turn around, the receptionists at this office are completely incompetent and have absolutely zero people skills. They are extremely rude and lazy! I don't understand why they have such nasty workers in a place with sick families. Secondly my experiences with Dr Abu Yakub are so horrific! Please if you ever get this Dr run away and don't look back! He is so dismissive and rude, he doesn't care about his patients. He is confused all the time giving advice and then 2 seconds later will say something else, on 2 occasions he had prescribed me the wrong medication where the pharmacist had to step in and say this is wrong I can't give this to you. Dr Yakub should not be allowed to practice medicine, I have given this Dr multiple chances bc sometimes people have bad days, however it's very clear how unprofessional and terrible this Dr is, please don't waste your time with him. I can definitely go on with so much experiences with him but I'll be writing an essay, needless to say I will be reporting this Dr for all the pain and suffering he's caused my family.

Dr Waraich is one of the best doctor. I visited yesterday he gave me quick solution. I saw reviews here everyone just blaming the front desk even doctors. I saw how patients treat their receptionist there .. unbelievable one crazy lady just shouting at her I don’t know her name but i feel sorry for her . PEOPLE don’t relay on reviews they get frustrated when they didn’t receive the service they want but they need to learn one thing GIVE RESPECT AND TAKE RESPECT ….. huge respect to doctors and their whole team?????

Hi , booked my appointment call on Saturday for Monday morning from my busy schedule and when reach their at reception they ask me to pay I asked credit or debit. And she said we only accept cash nothing else payment method and I said I don’t know you guys should mention this on call before booking appointment and then she said the person who booked your appointment don’t know this … how come they can do this if they put a person on reception and they say they don’t accept debit or credit either its not my fault if they don’t know their duty to mention it on call .. so much waste of time and even they really don’t care if you have busy schedule and have no time to get cash … Very unprofessional answer. No professional payment method . No information provide on call about payment very dissatisfied customer service.

I’ve been going to this place for nearly a decade now, and it’s always been a great experience. Recently, the front desk service has been subpar at best, with the phone number always being unavailable. In fact, I couldn’t reach them by phone to book an appointment today so I had to walk in. Regardless, the doctors are incredible and well worth the wait time. You can always be open with Dr. Waraich and he’ll offer the best solution for the family. Good choice overall.
