The point of an appointment is so that you are seen at that time, and if youre running behind you should communicate that with the clients so we can arrange our day. I understand these places can be busy but this is just simply ridiculous.
A	Astha Adhikari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this clinic at all. Front staff are rude and very unprofessional. They don't wear a mask fist of all. I had booked an appointment for TB test. And I had mentioned over the phone to the girl who booked my appointment that I was coming in for 2 step TB test for my work. And she mentioned to me over the phone that the test was $40. When I walked in for my appointment, I learned that I had to pay $40 for the appointment and $20 when I come for reading another $40 when I come for 2nd step test and $20 when I come for another reading. I was so shocked to hear that because I had specified over the phone that I was coming for 2 STEP TB TEST For MY WORK and they told me it was $40 . When I was explaining the situation, front desk staff didn't want to hear much she was instead arguing with me saying you have to pay $40 and $20 . Of course, I didn't tell her that I was not going to pay, But it was very unprofessional and rude mannered customer service.

She is one awesome doctor who takes her time to listen and is not in a rush to talk with you regarding any concerns you may have. She provides great referrals when needed and is very friendly. I am very appreciative for all her hard work she does in the medical field for her patients, but speaking for myself, she is wonderful. If she were to relocate elsewhere I am sure to follow her! :) The only thing I do say about this location is that the office staff are not as friendly or professional. When they answer, many times they cut you off and tell you to hold. Sometimes you can’t even understand what they are saying or they don’t seem to know what you are asking. In a few occasions i had to ask regarding something and staff seem unprepared to know what to respond. they don’t seem to speak clearly and understand English (I mean this in a good way.) except one ☝️ secretary ( I don’t know her name ) but she is awesome and very knowledgeable and professional. I believe she has always worked with Dr.Chami. If you are looking for a family doctor, I truly recommend her !! Please hire new professional secretaries as they are the ones that represent the clinic as well and the reviews. I had to complain to my doctor regarding their professionalism and their lack of knowledge of some documents they needed to have ready for me . Walk in doctors at this location are also very polite, professional and takes their time to listen!! I give a five star for the doctors at this location.

She shared that she had spots for a vaccine clinic and I was able to go and get my booster shot and my flu shot at this clinic within a few days. She gave me resources. She was amazing. She took the time to listen. She was doing a routine procedure and she really look the time to explain everything to me and to make sure I felt comfortable. She is a real treasure!
E	Esther Fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that medical clinics are super busy with the amount of patients coming in and out and that the staff can get overwhelmed. I'm writing this review because the receptionists at the front desk do not know how to handle their patients properly. There is a lack of communication between the receptionist, doctor and the client. They don't tell you what's going on and why you have to wait in the waiting room again. I had just seen the doctor and was waiting for a prescription. I told the front desk lady this but when she went back to speak to the doctor, she didn't ask him anything about my prescription and pretended she didn't know what I was talking about. Didn't even tell me to wait. I asked her what was going on and she said "the doctor is with a patient, you have to wait." Why didn't you tell me that then? Absolutely no manners at all. I feel bad for people that come here with more serious concerns; sorry that they have to deal with such unprofessional staff!
