Her teeth ruptured but she was still crying and pulling at her ears for now 6 days. I called again to see if her ears could be checked, the front desk advised me that they could not see her in person because of her congested nose. I explained that its from her teething which they diagnosed themselves. She apologized (honestly not her fault at all) and said the dr will call. She then called 5 mins later to say that the dr has refused to even do a phone consultation with her and that she needs to go to a covid clinic if she wants her ears checked. I understand that everyone has covid protocols but they themselves said she does not have any kind of infection and this is all due to teething so why refuse to see her?

A	Aaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually write reviews online, but I felt inclined to send some positive praise for this clinic. I had a gruesome infected wound on my leg that needed to be treated immediately. Before I came to Howden Medical Clinic, I went to another walk-in clinic to get it looked at. That doctor did not treat my wound correctly. He provided me with a lower dose antibiotic mediation. When I first entered the Howden Clinic, I didn’t expect I would be greeted by a great staff team. From the reception desk to the nurses, they were welcoming. Dr. Khakshaee was the one who initially consulted with me to treat the infection; he recommended making an incision as the infection became worst. His mannerism, expertise, and friendly personality were reassuring. He and his team were able to help me to be on a speedy recovery. They were able to provide me with the proper medications and daily check-in dressings. Throughout the recovery, I noticed the infection was coming back again. Again, Dr. Khakshaee provided me with the appropriate medications to get it resolved. I never thought a clinic would have an expectational medical care. It took around four months to recover fully; I am very thankful for this medical team! I recommend anyone to visit here. To all doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and the receptionist - thank you!! ?

No hi / hello… whenever anyone comes , she just there sitting quiet- don’t even tell patients just to wait for moment. No manners. She acts like she is too busy on the phone everytime. And who asks what problem a patient have in front of other patients waiting.
F	Flo Mee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean office. Friendly receptionist and the doctor on duty today was so patient in answering questions. A bit far for me, but would go again. Only thing is the wait time, so be prepared. There is a pharmacy on-site too.

I came in this morning and the 2 ladies at the front desk are very nice and sweet and the doctor that was in today was great. The only thing I would say is the wait time but it’s not that bad. There is also a pharmacy there which I find is convenient. I would go again and I recommend you to go to this clinic!

A one of a kind walk-in clinic where people actually matter whether we're in a pandemic or not, there's no shortage of care, consideration and efficiency; truly one of best walk-ins I have ever been to. The ratings speak for themselves, no other walk-in clinic in Peel can compare. Keep up the great work!
O	Okelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, they check you in quick and easy, no appointments needed. They never answer the phone when you call.They do covid shots on site, you will have to book an appointment though. The pharmacy in the clinic is such a convenience. They do cosmetic work on site.
