P	Priya Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the roof arrogance of the owner. I went there to get my haircut at my scheduled time. The lady was so much in hurry that she did not wash my hair properly. She said rudely to me that my hair quality is bad; when I asked her to wash it properly. She cut my hair in hurry and not bothered even setting it up properly. The haircut was awful. She was ever so rude through out the process. She made me feel bad for going there as she was trying to rush to go pick up someone. She should have either cancelled the appointment or have told other person to wait few more minutes. She was taking in more customers in while rushing me on my hair cut. They were not even acknowledging the customers walking in when I went there second time. Me and another lady walked in the same time and we both waited there for ten minutes. There was no communication from the staff and we both left the salon at the same time. I am sure to not go back there ever again.

Went there to dye my hair and get a hair cut and when I explain the look I wanted the lady kept on complaining about how that’s not possible etc etc. I still went through the process and when it was time to get the hair wash after dying my hair the lady would just keep pulling my hair when I asked her to be gentle. Also while combining my hair she was pulling it so hard like my all hair would come out and yet again when i asked her to be gentle she just handed me the comb and asked me do it myself as she had other customers to attend to and slowly combing my hair was wasting her time. Its been a while now with this incident and honestly I don’t know which products she used but my hair are in the worst shape! Never ever go to this place as the owner and staff are very rude and all they want is your money.

The staff is very nice especially Anju. She did an amazing work on my eye brows the first time and also later when I went to get a hair-do. She’s pretty good at her work and also in her people skills. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The lady was so rude and don’t know how to talk with customer .I told her twice regarding hot wax but she was not listening.She also messed up with my eyebrows.If its zero star I love to choose that.So please think before you go there.??
s	sunayna narang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They burnt my upper lip area. I went for eyebrow upper lip threading and my eyes were closed and she started putting wax on upper lip area. I didn't say anything as she was done in 30 seconds. It started paining but I thought it was normal after wax. But by evening a big scar appeared. She was rude too when I made a small request when she was doing my eyebrow. Quite an experience!

They are also very clean and use exceptional protocols to be sure everyone is safe, that being covid or just for sanitary purposes. V did my nails yesterday and another woman (I didn’t catch her name) did my nails about a month ago. They both did an amazing job and made sure I was happy with every step of the way for acrylics. I had an appointment booked yesterday and there was a cancellation before my appointment and they went out of their way to call me and ask if I wanted the earlier appointment. Very professional business!
