worst clinic i have ever been . first appointment for mole check up and the doctor didn't even see from head to toe (just here and there quick, not even 30 min appointment) i paid 170$ on my second appointment i did a procedure (SMALL biopsi), and paid 165$. The doctor told me that i should get the results from 4 to 6 weeks.. 3 months pass and the results Nothing!! And almost three months later i recived a letter from Dynacare (lab) with 170$ to pay (wich i wasn't aware it was to pay the lab) !! I booked an appointment today to know the results of my procedure, and when i went JUST FOR THE RESULTS (just to speak.. what normaly in other doctors that i go for results, doesn't need payment) 90$ just to speak some results? That's an absurde.. That's the last time i go to this clinic.

Absolute incredible ignorance! Just wow. If i could give negative ZERO stars i would!! Had a female call advising she is booking my appointment for filler. I advised i did not call anyone for filler, itnis not a service i need. Then she said, oh ok, then it's for Botox, and I said nope, hearing her frustration… Then she switched to skin tags, β€œthe one on your eye lid β€œβ€¦.as if running off a list until she got it right. I advised she has called the wrong number, I’m not who she is looking for. A big huff on her end, she seemed frustrated and then rudely advised that she's calling ME, the right person, to book an appointment referral from my family doctor. I could feel it in her tone to speed up the discussion straight into book an appointment as too much of her time had already been wasted. As if it’s my fault lol! - How about reading requestions & know what you’re taking about before you call patients and speak to them very rudely as if they are time consuming hinderances! All this in less than less than 2 minutes of her time! About 10 minutes later, I called back just to confirm a service, hoping she was a bad apple and perhaps someone else would answer and give me 1 minute of time. A Gentleman answered -advised he wasn’t sure about the service, and before he could complete his next sentence to me, previous lady I spoke to minutes ago overhead him and chimes in "I already talked to her!", took the phone away from him and RUDLEY asked me what I wanted. (im sure if anyone was in the waiting room, they witnessed this lack of professionalism both to her colleague and the person on the phone) I asked her to confirm a service, she said she wasn’t sure, I’d have to come in and see the doctor (in a mean mommy talking to a toddler tone) - as if asking a clinician or the doctor himself and calling me back was way above her paygrade and I exceeded my talk time credits with her. Perhaps this β€œonly the doctor can answer your question” is to get me in there to SELL me PRODUCTS like Botox and fillers which is opposite of my interest? Seriously, I called 3 other clinics and their front desk happily answered question!! I hung up thinking what the hell just happened? And I DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC , if the front desk is this bad, how bad is the doctor? She was such a clown, I’m sure that office is a circus – then I HAD to google the reviews, understanding reviews are not always a fair representation and maybe she was having a really bad day - HOWEVER, the reviews didn’t surprise me at all! Chuckled at the family/friends one liner positive reviews. So, if this appointment would require me to talk Β½ a day off work, waiting time approx. 2.5hrs per the reviews, where the doctor gives me a rushed 10 min appointment, most likely an out of pocket expense that could have side effects worse than my original problem (a discussion that would be longer than 10 min), was I wrong in asking ahead of time so my time isn’t wasted? How does someone working there, not educated on services to at least the minimum? Needless to say, Cancelled the appointment and pretty sure my family doctor doesn’t do dermatology referrals often, this was a bad call!

Spoke with The rudest receptionist at this place who literally told me to go find a new doctor once I asked what the protocols were. She was also very rude and refused to give me her name at first and told me I should go to her work to see who I was speaking with. There was zero professionalism from the first word, instead of giving me answers she was ignorant and problematic. Just watchout for Navdeep, she will tell you to go to the office for a confrontation, truly odd

This is an incredible clinic. Gina, the receptionist, is great and always helps out. The doctors are intelligent and take their time to communicate with me and are great active listeners. I am doing so well because of the excellent care provided to me. Would not go anywhere else in Brampton. A friend had recommended this clinic to me and I am so glad I went to this clinic!

The staff here has always been so helpful and my family doctor, Dr.Jones is one of the best out there. He is always available and no issue is to small for him! I truly enjoy both his medical assistant and them! ❀️

This is a phenomenal clinic, Dr. Rao is a phenomenal doctor as well as the walk-in Dr. Chen. Professional service, and if I can be honest there is no other place where you can see a specialist within 1 week of calling. I have seen the dermatologist as well as the urologist here, both within 1-2 weeks of getting my referral. The staff was very polite and welcoming, so I don't really understand the rude comments here.

My wife been there for a skin complication. Doctor could not answer her questions or identify the actual condition, except saying they are the cousins. If you can not identify the decease, how you treat the condition. He spent only two minutes and doesn't even look at the previous prescriptions. Seems he is interested in number of patients he can see rather than the quality of the treatment. If you are looking for answers, he is very bad to go after. So read the reviews before you go there. Beware of the long promises they do.

I have been to this clinic many times and seen walk in doctors. I have zero complaint. I don’t understand negative comments here. Front desk is very helpful. Sometimes there is longer waiting period to talk to doctor over the phone but which is understandable. I always get call from doctor for my appointment. Staff always get back to you. As a patient or human being we all should understand and be thankful to health care workers to take care of our health and they worked during pandemic when we were at home.
