V	Vathsala Sinnarajah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walk in clinic is awful. Save yourself time. I usually don't like leaving poor reviews, but in this matter it's better to inform others. If the only option for you, is to go here. I suggest call before you go to find out if there is a doctor there. I went twice to discover that both times doctor wasn't there. Once a weekend morning when they opened. Another around 3pm weekday. I was told to come before 2:30pm. They need to change their hours to reflect the truth, or just close the clinic down. It is very inconvenient for people travelling there with young sick children.

J	Jaspal Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionst was so rude, how they treat to the people never recommend to anybody. They should have coach to the receptionsit how they intially treat to the patient or else replace with another person. I was my first time and how they welcoming new patient.
M	Megu M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist Jun needs a lot more training so he has a better idea of how to help patients, so do some of the other receptionists. Some are also very rude. The middle aged lady with glasses is really the best receptionist and only helpful one. I like many of the doctors at this clinic and although Dr.Hany Beshay is my family doctor, he is rarely there and Dr. Therwat Beshay is a great substitute. This clinic and the services it provides have gone down significantly since the start of pandemic.

C	Carmelita Flaim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the clinic today May 1st/22, the receptionist informed me the Dr was not in yet but would call me asap when he arrived, it was the best experience ever, by 10:38 AM my meds were faxed and ready for pick up, first time at this clinic was a great experience Thank you so much
S	Sahana Saravanavel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, The Receptionist (a lady) was not responsible enough to even pick the call when we had to call them before entering the clinic as the instructions was stuck on the door. Secondly, there was no follow up on the treatment prescribed. I had been here in the month of December and since January I am trying to meet doctor or to get a reference but no luck on it. When we call and luckily a different receptionist would attend our call and they don't respond properly with any appropriate information and they haven't provided any better reference. We don't reach to clinic to pass time. When we have a health issue we do. In such scenario I request to consider the importance of the patients who visit. Anyways I would suggest not to reach out to this walk in clinic if you are looking for an emergency or a quick turn around.
