This clown messed up my friend's house closing in Brampton last year.. No response to other lawyer, no response to the Realtor.. Rude behavior...
Unprofessional team at his office.. When you try to reach there, the girls working there would give you rude response & try to hang up on you without even answering..
he has ZERO knowledge of real estate.. !!
I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE EVER..
Do yourself a favor and go with someone professional..
I am sorry Mr. Sood but please STOP spoiling house buyers dreams by messing up their closing..
Update - Stop with your BS and don't bother replying any further. " I have no girl staff from last 3 months" - Are you kidding me ? I saw 3 girl staff in your office and when we visited last year when you screwed up our closing.. Please do yourself a favor and stop replying to this. You have NO dignity or ethics.
