★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we are a low income household, we were unable to seek out any other paid professional support and that's when it was suggested to us to seek out the services from North Peel & Dufferin Community Legal Services. David Craig (Staff Lawyer) from North Peel & Dufferin Community Legal Services, helped guide our family towards a positive outcome for an immediate family member ODSP case we were initially deemed ineligible for.
With the support of David facilitating our ODSP appeal, we were able to clearly state our case history courageously, which would've been very difficult without David's presence and support. David was an expert at identifying our barriers and went above and beyond to seek to understand our history to support us in building a strong case. Additionally, the service from David Craig was professional, non-judgemental, and compassionate. We are extremely grateful for the services from North Peel & Dufferin Community Legal Services and specifically, David Craig. Thank you for everything you have done to help move our family member in the right direction.
