A nice clean environment, courteous staff and good professional medical attention is what a Walk-in Clinic is supposed to provide: and this clinic qualified with flying colors on all those. Also, be advised that they have two locations within the same building at 490 Bramalea Road— both essentially integrated though. Good job and keep it going ❤️

I went from caller # 2to caller # 1 as per the automated message in about 10 minutes. Then it just got stuck at the following message replaying over and over for an hour "You are currently caller # 2 waiting to speak with a representative, Thank you for your patience". where they just hope that you drop the call.

In the past, I have had physicians dismiss my concerns and be reluctant to run tests/make referrals that have led to conditions going undiagnosed or under-treated. From the very beginning Dr. Wadwha has been everything that you could ask for in a physician. She is kind, caring, patient, thorough and never makes me feel rushed or my concerns insignificant. In fact, she always makes it a point to tell me to feel better and to ask at the end of my appointment if there is anything else that she can help me with. I feel as though I am in great hands as her patient.
G	Gurvir kaur Dhillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except for Dr Wadhwa pretty much everyone there seem so unprofessional. Waiting time is so long. Walk in appointments sucks. They take forever to answer the call. And then doctor will rush you, without listening to the problems. Needed a medical note for which i had to call four times in a day waiting 30 mins or more every time, I explained in detailed and all i get in the note is start date of disability and end date. To see a doctor in person you have to wait for good two three months. By the time you get the recent appointment the person has suffered enough and possibly recovered from illness. There is no point of making a family doctor in here it’s not worth. So so disappointed. I would give zero star if i can, Dr Preeti wadhwa is a good doctor but the place settings make it incredibly difficult to connect with her

Very humble and polite Her waiting time is usually 2 weeks for an appointment but she never ignores any of her patients health and personal concerns. You won't find any doctor in canada except her, who could get 5 minutes from their busy schedule to call you in any medical or personal urgency without appointment and she does that, may God bless her. she obviously is the best in her field, explain everything patiently, answer every concern even in her rush hours.

Then they gave me another appointment a couple of days later at 5:00 again and the Dr. Called me at 3:00 and left a voice mail! I called back and was waiting on the line for about an hour to talk to the Dr. I asked her for a blood test prescription and she said she'll email it to me. Never got the email and when I called again, they just gave me another appointment!! Very very disappointed with this messy service. As I didn't want to waste my time anymore, just decided to change my family Dr. and never go back there again.

Edit: I called them today before coming in for the walk-in. Secretary said sure come in we are open until 2. I get there with my kids at 12:30 and she says sorry we are no longer accepting patients for walk in. The clinic is empty. Why would you tell someone to come in and refuse them service once they arrive? So unprofessional, the reviews don't lie. Don't go here.
