I will never find another pharmacy that make me feel as welcome as I do. Prem panda is the best pharmacist I've ever met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Pharmacy with my Grandma and Prem treated her so well! He greeted her by name, like she was an old friend. He took the time to patiently answer all her questions and explain what each medication was for. He even reminded her what was needing to be renewed soon. Above and beyond service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this place at all costs. Went to Dr Kamal for wisdom tooth extraction and my tongue has been numb for over a month. Now I have to goto a specialist as there may be nerve damage. I’m in a worse situation now than before the tooth extraction. Extremely aggressive and careless when handling the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prem Panda is the best head pharmacist and puts a smile on my face every time I see him. He is so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, congenial and provides exceptional customer service. As soon as I walk in his pharmacy he calls me by my first name and I’ve never had that experience in any other pharmacy that have provided their service. Two thumbs up to also all his gracious and awesome hardworking assistants. They’re all great professionals and also provide friendly customer service. I love them all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! The pharmacy staff are really helpful and friendly. They always dispense my medication quick and also they have a very good working ambiance. You don't feel that you are in pharmacy, they'll treat you like family and the pharmacist is so helpful. He explains about your medication thoroughly, additionally, he always gives self-care measures that help a lot in managing your existing condition. I always feel like I am in safe hands. Once i didn't have $ 2 he instantly offered me that discount. Genuinely the only pharmacy I have been to that have exceptionally friendly environment. I strongly recommend everyone to visit this pharmacy once and then you won't be able to resist yourself from making this pharmacy your "Family Pharmacy".

Been going Healthplex pharmacy for the past 3 years for all our family medicines. Prem, the owner always there to greet you by your name and very cheerful and approachable person. Quick and efficient service. Easy refills by just calling them and it’s ready to pickup. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shilpa Seti gives you an appointment, let's say for 2:00 o'clock, but she will end up seeing you at 3:30. U are sitting there waiting for the doctor for long while she is sitting in her office or is on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this family doctor or the clinic overall. POOR MANAGEMENT!
