There was a transaction that went wrong with the insurance company and his pharmacy, he had to correct and cancel it however he not only did that but also came home to apologize for the inconvenience and brought the cancelled transaction as proof. He went above and beyond our expectations making a mistake is okay we are humans but to show this degree of care and customer service was beyond. Also they do home delivery so certainly going back to do business with his pharmacy.
