I am very disappointed with my experience today at this pharmacy store.
I bought the hand sanitizers from them at 19:52 today on March 10. This was overpriced $12 for 236 ML and $4 for 56 ML.
I found Pharmasave was selling reputed branded hand sanitizer $6 for 236 ML.
I went back to the store at 19:57 ad the person denied to take it back and refund my money.
I need to know why I am not eligible for refund for a product which I am returning under 10 min which is unopened. And as you can see in the receipt, it’s mentioned that refunds and exchange with receipts only within 30 days excluding RX & Diabetic supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I booked my covid test for today 11 Jan 2022. I have confirmation messages from this pharmacy too but half an hour before my appointment I got call from no caller ID, and they said I am not eligible for covid test; I am wondering here they said me to quarantine for 5 days without test and which employer gonna gave five days holiday without my test report. My question here with you guys why you are booking tests if you are not allowing people to have test; just to wast time.
