★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pharmacy by far!!! I recently switched to this IDA B&C Pharmacy from Shoppers Drug Mart, let me tell you the BEST decision l ever made!!! Here you can call any time and they answer the phone quickly, they ensure that your monthly prescriptions are filled and ready for pick-up with a friendly phone call to let you know your medications are ready. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and really make you feel wanted as a customer and that you do matter - that you are not a prescription $$ but a customer that they truly care about! I would recommend everyone who reads this to please go to this pharmacy, you will be so happy you did! No more stress when having to get my prescription like at Shoppers Drug Mart on Mayfield and HWY 10 - so happy l left Shopper Drug Mart and will never look back!

I have been using this pharmacy for my family from last few years and never got bad experience from front desk staff OR from pharmacist. Dushyant shah is one of the pharmacist from the team is very knowledgeable, kind and so perfect for his job. Great pharmacy!!

You always receive a warm welcome & smile which is quite a contrast to other drug stores where they barely look at you. If the drug prescribed isn't in stock, I would receive delivery the next day to my home. I highly recommend becoming a customer here and begin to enjoy their excellent & personable service. You won't be let down. I am so thankful for this wonderful team.
