@cartercant was correct. When brown customers are in the store they seem to get preferential treatmen.... why are they soo entitled? Because the store owner is brown and wants his people served first. They also follow black customers around and are very judgemental. Leave your racism in india.

Amazing service, easy in and out. They made my visit very pleasant and simple. Definitely worth the trip!

This place had always provided amazing customer service until the original pharmacist left. I was recently prompted by my insurance company to rate them. I gave them a 5 Star. Unfortunately less than 1 week later I experienced utter disrespect customer service. Preferential racial treatment male pharmacist (not working at the register but responsible for preparing the medication for pickup). Went you pick up my medication yesterday 16 March 2021. Odd long line up to obtain service. Everyone joined the line. All in the line was brown except for me. The lady pharmacist continued to service clients as first come first serve basis. Once they dealt with all the brown clients I was next in the line for service. The male pharmacist decided to intercept me turn and service a brown client that just came into the store. It was so blatant and disrespectful. The pharmacist did not even attempt to explain or apologize. The female pharmacist had to move over to another cash register to obtain my information and order. The female pharmacist had to wait until the male pharmacist completed with the transaction with the other client that was permitted to avoid the first come first serve process. @pharmasave. This racist entitled practice needs to stop.

This place was very good in the beginning when it opened good customer service But now staff is rude Poor customer service Look down on their clients Just reminding them your business is running because of your customers - treat them well I requested owner to call me No call so far

I visited here because this pharmacy is right next to my doctor's office. I had two prescriptions from my doctor one for myself and one for my daughter. I was waiting around after handing over the prescriptions for the medicines to be prepared. The lady who collected my prescription called me in a few minutes to let me know that my daughters prescription is a solution that needs to be prepared and it will take time to do so. She also asked me if my medicine dosage had changed recently. I told her I did not have an accurate idea as it had changed and I was not 100 percent sure what dosage I was taking currently. Since we live two hours away from this place I told her I shall collect my daughters medicine from a pharmacy near our home and also I opted to collect my medicine from the pharmacy close to our home after confirming the dosage with my bottle of meds at home. To this the lady, while handing over my prescriptions back to me said "Then why did you waste my time?" I feel this is very inappropriate, unprofessional and rude to be saying to anyone in this given situation. I wasn't there with an intention to waste anyone's time. I had no idea that my daughters prescription is going to be a solution that needs to be prepared and will be taking longer time than usual. I also told her that with certain health changes my prescription had changed recently and I was not sure about the exact dose. If your time is so important then just shut off the counter to new customers and do your work with all time on your hand. Because if you are there for customers then some politeness needs to be instilled. I had driven two hours on a day on which snow was predicted to get my daughter and myself checked by my doctor. It's not just your time that is valuable here. It's everyone's.

I have only had very positive experiences with this pharmacy. The pharmacist today was incredible - kind, knowledgeable and patient.

I love the service and people who are part of Pharmasave. I have come to this pharmacy for all my important medications when I was trying to conceive. The Pharmacist went out of his way to ensure that I had my medication each week and put some medication aside for the following week to ensure I had it on time. I was always greeted with a smile and they always showed so much compassion for me when things did not work out for me with my treatments. Although this pharmacy is smaller in capacity, it still meets the needs required by many and it really beats going to these bigger, well known pharmacies that monopolize and capitalize on everything and everyone!
