She was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable about what you should take depending on your destination. You do need to pay for these immunizations up front for anyone with health benefits but you can easily submit your paperwork to your benefit company after for reimbursement. I would go here over anywhere else when it comes to travel. It also saves you the hassle of trying to go to your family doctor and then trying to find the immunizations at a pharmacy then having to go back to the doctor.

She is so well-informed on what vaccinations one should take when travelling abroad and really takes the time to explain in detail the purpose and dosage of each vaccine. I had previously visited a different travel clinic the last time I travelled and was administered shots I didn't need and was provided with one of the poorest service experiences I've had to date. I would recommend Passport Health particularly Caroline in a heartbeat. She is trustful, sincere and genuinely has your best interest at heart. Thank you tremendously for all of your help!

My consultant, Caroline Tran, was extremely helpful, in explaining everything thoroughly and being very conscious of my financial situation. She recommended what she thought would be most beneficial without being pushy about any vaccinations I didn't feel comfortable with. Yet she was very straightforward and I felt extremely comfortable discussing all my options with her and asking her any questions, which she was pleased to answer.

My trip was planned for exactly one month after my first appointment, and I was able to book an appointment and receive all my necessary vaccinations 2 days after I called. My wonderful nurse (Caroline Tran) was the gentlest nurse I have ever had and gave me all of my vaccinations with almost no discomfort at all. She was friendly and informative and I could tell she had my best interests at heart. 10/10 would recommend.

I was looking for a place to get immunized for an upcoming trip and as I don't have a family doctor to consult on what's needed and where to get it so I turned to Google. After reading all the positive reviews on Passport Health Brampton (and specifically nurse Caroline Tran) I booked an appointment online. The office is very welcoming and I felt relaxed as Caroline went over her recommendations for the medications I should get for my trip. I mentioned that I'm not a fan of needles and she assured me it'd be relatively painless (which it was). Overall I'd absolutely recommend anyone planning to travel and in need of immunization and advice to visit Passport Health and nurse Caroline.

She provided us with all of the information we needed to make informed decisions about the required vaccines for our trip, as well as tips to protect ourselves from other disasters in a foreign continent. She very clearly outlined further instructions for the oral vaccines she prescribed that are necessary before, during, and after our trip. I was totally delighted with her service and highly recommend this clinic to anyone travelling abroad.
