★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered food from this restaurant today. The service was great. Staffs were professional and prompt. Unfortunately the food was horrible. We ordered jerk chicken, bbq chicken, and oxtail with rice and peas. The oxtail was okay. I would give it 2/5. But the jerk chicken and bbq chicken were not good at all. The jerk chicken looked and tasted like they cooked some chicken in the oven then wiped some jerk seasoning on top and served like that. Same with bbq chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a small BBQ chicken that came with rice & peas and macaroni salad. The portion was pretty generous and filling for a small size and the chicken tasted excellent. Would highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered here through skip and I was hesitant at first just because it was a new place and I find there are many Jamaican restaurants in Brampton but not all are amazing. I knew the minute I saw the menu, this was the real deal. The first bite of the jerk pork just confirmed it for me. Soo Good! Generous portions, great flavours and looking forward to ordering from here again. I ordered fried chicken and jerk chicken with rice and peas with a side order of jerk pork and everything was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered a few times from this place, However today was absolutely disgusting, I spent 167.00 dollars! The pork smelt so bad that my daughter gaged. The Oxtail must have been the bottom of the pot, full of dry hard black fat. The goat was dried out.
The bbq chicken is fried chicken rolled in some sauce. The inside of the chicken had a smell. They put no effort in their food. Don't Eat here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. My family and I buy food there all the time. Last week we met a customer service representative who shared with us a very special family meal deal which included a large sized portion of meats and rice &Peas coleslaw and gravy. We were very very pleased However upon purchasing the same family meal deal this week, we Realized that the portions were extremely different and upon calling the restaurant,
and sharing our complaint, we did not receive an apology rather yet we received excuses that the staff were either new or they weren't properly trained. As clients, we could have been easily satisfied with an apology from the restaurant or a clear explanation as to why the size portions were still extremely different.
The food is great, but the customer service needs work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tasty breakfast from Island Cuisine this morning. I purchased a small ackee and saltfish, and for only $8, the portion was very generous. There was a bit too much oil but aside from that, I loved the breakfast overall.
A small, yet clean restaurant located in a quiet plaza. I'm looking forward to another visit when I'm in the area.
