★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor customer service. Me and my wife had first dose Covid vaccine on 28th April and was given a date of 18th August 2021 for 2nd dose. When I see my online account, did not see any date booked for me. Called them and got reply saying pharmacist will call me back. Waited for a week but did not get any call from them. Called again after a week, got reply saying that I have to book by myself. She was clearly lying coz everybody gets fixed date for second dose (my wife has a date for 18th August) on same day that they get 1st dose. In my second call, I was told to call back next week. I suspect, they will be telling me to call back again next week. What a pathetic service. Never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why they have such bad reviews regarding their customer service. I have booked my vaccine 2nd dosage went there despite of being late they accommodated me and while sitting and waiting I have noticed they dealt with many customers and provided best service. So very happy with the staff and definitely recommend it to others.

They don't value patient's time even after giving appointments..... appointment was at 9:15am and its 10.55am now......still waiting.....In last two visits I just wait for more than 2 hours for nothing just to grab my report....n this is my third visit to grab that report. Never visit here......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had covid vaccinations booked for the kids, which was booked for other a months. Got there and was told they had none. I was able to get my own booster, but it would have been good to know ahead of time before I went there that they couldn't do the kids.
