Walked into Rexall store today went to the Canada Post section to return an Amazon item. My package was small but I didn't tape the return order didn't have any at the moment, I walked up to John and asked How Are You? I get replied with what do you want. I asked to return my package he said he can't take it because I need to buy tape and do it myself then started complaining about the store closes very soon even though their was 20 minutes of his shift remaining I said okay walked away purchased tape from this location taped it and waited in line by the post office again. I noticed another customer in front of me did not tape her package either, when she got up to Cash with John, he offered her tape and scissors. Why did I have to purchase a tape and she didn't, I could tell by in the line he was angry and rude, seems like he hates his job

Rude staff. The cashier was a white woman about 50 years old. After I paid and walked out the machine went off. She called me in immediately and accused me of shoplifting (without even looking at the receipt). I told her check again and also check camera. It was the first time in my life I was in that embarrassing situation. After she check the receipt she said everything was fine I can go. I should have asked her to apologize but I didn’t (because I never would have thought she would say such thing). She was very rude.

After a long debate when or whether to get the covid vaccine, I called Rexall on September 3rd to see if I could walk in to get our first needle. I was greeted warmly and was given instructions what ID to bring. Upon arrival, my adult-autistic son and I were greeted by a friendly pharmacy personnel. After I filled out the forms, the pharmacist administered the needle; which was surprisingly pain free! We waited around for around 20 minutes after and was then dismissed. We walked in again on October 8th for the 2nd needle and received the same excellent and professional customer service. This time I bought kleenex and bathroom tissues paper ; which I normally do when it goes on sale at Rexall. Thank you to the great leadership of the pharmacist and his dedicated-hardworking staff once again for making this a great experience for us as neither myself nor my son Alex are fond of needles. You were friendly, warm and very professional and for that, I truly thank you.

I have booked RT PCR test here, they do not provide QR code and they refuse to do covid test for my infants even we have an appointment.

Most staff here are pretty rude. Only the folks working at the pharmacy are somewhat nicer and helpful. The cashiers always have attitude for some reason

Long wait time for PCR test. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our test even though it was pre-booked. They had one pharmacist working to fill the prescriptions as well as do all the PCR tests. We had to come back a second time because one of the tests came back inconclusive (possibly due to insufficient sample) and both times, the tests were completed well beyond the booked time. They do not even acknowledge that you are waiting. Very unhappy with the service. The positive is that the test result did come in within 24 hours. They should have more staff on hand if they are fully booked for PCR tests.

Really long wait time! I made appointment online for rapid covid test.. I arrived 10 mins early. Pharmacist doesn't have any value of time. I asked her how long will it take and she said I know . She had to finish some work and then she can do the test. What's the point of making appointment if I have wait for long time! Even other patients picking up the prescriptions talking about the same!

Some very rude and inconsiderate staff. There is a brown lady working there who is racist and unprofessional. Anytime I go in there she gives me a hard time for ex: she scanned my item and repeated the price to me 3 times while giving me weird looks as if she thought I couldn’t afford it. I was dressed decently too. I then asked for a loto ticket and she asked for ID and spent like 2 min inspecting it as if she thought it was a fake. Another time too I went to pick up a package and she literally looked up my name in the system to see if my id matched and took her sweet time to make sure it wasn’t fake. I’m not Trying to get anyone fired but come on man. There is also a rude white lady working there who even told my mom off in the rudest way because her mask was slightly below her nose.
