I have been with TD for more than 10 yrs and never felt like to change the bank. Front teller are rude, inappropriate and argumenting with customers and telling what they can do make you more suffer. Never ever recommend anyone to go at this location.

All staff doesn’t want to deal with customers. When you talk with them you’ll feel they aren’t interested helping you.

Most of the stuff they don't know and in place of putting you directly in touch with the person who may know they just go to fro and it does not get the purpose solved. Not all staff is well trained and it seems most of the time when you deal with them they do not care that you are their client. Only good thing I can find till now is that they are opened on weekends. Not the best bank experience in Canada. It does make me think I should have tried some other bank as well.

She just opened my account in 30 minutes. I will recommend Asfa to my family and friends for any TD related needs. I’ll reach Asfa again if I’ll have any query or concern related to my TD bank account. Ms. Asfa’s happy customer, Sahil Patel.

J	Jasmine Tessier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If "0" was an option I would have selected this! My wallet stolen and I went into the branch to get a replacement debit card. I brought a valid passport as proof of ID. The manager on site, Miranda, told me that my valid passport did not match the passport they had on file. She asked me to bring in my expired passport. I do not keep anything expired. I was told there was NOTHING that they could do and I would have to return with valid ID or my expired passport?!? I got in my car went down the street to the next location and I was able to get a new debit card. I asked why the other branch would not have given me one. I was told that they COULD have asked me "out of wallet" questions and provided me with a new card. Due to this horrible experience I will be closing all three of my TD accounts and take my business somewhere else. I hear Tangerine and Scotiabank have great rates!
