Very long waiting time, most of the staff are not professional, every one give you differant directions which give the customer waste time and hard time.

THE WORST BRANCH I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!! I have lived near by this branch for 5 years and every time I have been there I have got the worst service!!! Examples: 1) I met with an advisor named Renu to transfer my RRSP from my Investors Group to TD, gave her all the paper work and said she’ll take care of it, it’s been 2 years and she’s yet to do it 2) I ordered foreign currency (Euro and Kuna) to this branch, i get a call it’s here, i show up and not a single person knows what they’re doing, finally they gave me the Euros and said they don’t know where the rest of the money is, a week later I called and they said β€œOh the money has been here since xxx” xxx being the day I got the original call on!! I had to go and wait in line twice for no reason! 3) I went to open an e-Series account, after an hour of my time and various changes done to my investments the advisor was yet figuring out how to open this account, she called her support desk and they told her what she just did is ALL WRONG and she had to cancel everything, I went to another branch to have this account opened, they did it in under 10 minutes! 4) I went to deposit a cheque, the teller misses the cent amount which was ($0.96). After walking away I realized he made a mistake and went back to have him fix it, he then attempts to fix it by DEDUCTING $0.96 from my account which I didn’t know until I checked my bank account and called to have them fix it The people who work here have zero clue what they’re doing! Avoid going to this branch unless you want someone to mess up your account and you’re the one who needs to catch it!

Unprofessional would be an understatement ? Just another location ran by relatives and friends. The employees have no respect for their clients time, what is the sense of booking an appointment when their employees can’t meet them or adequately fill request smh. I’ll stick with RBC thanks.

Seems like they have no value of client's time. Check their timing online and it says open at 8:00am. But nope that's not the case. Told the reception to change timing online so she said oh! we have already done! COME ONNN!

Tellers are not having efficient knowledge regarding the concerns. We did an application to increase the limit of a secure credit card three and half weeks ago and when we went to the branch today for an update, they mentioned that β€œthe person who did your application is not in today so he will reach out to you tomorrow β€œ. My question to him was whether he can’t access the information as we had been waited enough for it. Therefore, the answer was the same as before. Everyone must find some other branch to get your things going at the fast pace as this branch employees doesn’t even reach out to you, you have to follow up by yourself.

You always get same experience at TD Branch. However, this branch is really good and staff is very friendly. They try yo help customers and give good advise.
