Very poor senior management at Mississauga location, can't believe this type of management works in Canada! spoiling the entire citi brand name!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an ex Citi employee. Sad to see it going from a very good work place to sheer incompetent senior management that is not at all diverse and doesn’t value innovation, meritocracy. Citi Mississauga is not diverse, HR is pretty much invisible, senior management mostly supporting unhealthy work cultures from developing nations.

I am surprised how Human Resource recruited such extremely racist persons under one roof.
Suggestion for HR is to revisit their pool and look for some diversity inclusion which is pure Canadian Culture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the WORSE company I’ve ever had to deal with. Can’t even say I’ve dealt with them because they keep sending you from one person to the next so you can listen to several different people say, “that’s not my department”. Mean time someone is getting credit card in my name through them. I’d skip giving them 1 star if I could.
