★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service & staff does not know basic retail skills . The store also has mislabeled products and does not honor prices despite one staff (Kevin) saying they would. Supervisor (Anni) also unable to resolve customer complaints .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional and poor pharmacy practice. Was given a narcotic without any instructions/ counseling which I believe is mandatory as per OCP. Had to ask the pharmacist who had a foul mood about it. When asked if the prescription went through my insurance, the assistant replied "You can do the math" where a simple yes would've sufficed. You'd expect better considering that's it's a "drug Mart" first and not a regular grocery store pharmacy which in comparison are doing way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can a pharmacy lose a prescription? They are supposed to have it on file but when I go to renew it they tell me they don’t have it. Donnie I have to wait while they fax a request to my MD to get a new one. Complete incompetence! Will be getting my prescription and going to Rexall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PHARMACY!!! They are unprofessional and not trained good, this girl RUSHVI told me to wait 30 minutes for my prescription and I was like why so long she said oh we have to process through insurance will take 30 minutes, so i waited 30minutes still nothing so I asked them whats going on, they were like oh our system is not working your prescription is not going through you can take your prescription or we will call you when the system is working, I was so MADDD Im like you just wasted 30 minutes of my time and now you tell me this!!!! RUSHVI COULD HAVE TOLD ME FROM THE BEGINNING THE SYSTEM IS DOWN WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS BACK. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Needs more training. Dont recommend at all!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poorly run pharmacy. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you come to pick up or drop off a prescription and they constantly are understaffed with barely any technicians. The pharmacist did not counsel nor ask questions on the medications or if anything else was taken along with this medication
