I’m not happy because I spend $5000 on my braces and as I’m getting them off yesterday, they lady taking them off was saying I couldn’t getting a cleaning or whiting done even though the receptionist and dr kaur told me we would do everything in one go. As I’m reading all the other reviews it says “money grabber” and “rip off” I think that’s correct because even tho I spent $5000 and was taking them off, the receptionist at the end was asking to charge my cleaning to my insurance, but That should of been included with my braces especially removing them. I’m never coming back to this location ever again because of how rude and disrespectful the front staff is. Looks like you lost another good Patient.

She stole my money. I started my treatment with her with strict deadlines and after promising and taking the money, she went back on her words. Now I am moving away and she wont give me a refund, please save your money and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

We were seen exactly on time for our appointment and we were seen in a professional and kind manner. The dentist, nurses and Secretaries were useful, informative and kind. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice to anyone.

I had the dentist next to Dr.Simran and she ruined my tooth, I was bleeding to much during my filling. She didn’t even numb me properly, and she took around $1000 for two fillings. My teeth are super sensitive now and the nerves around my teeth hurt so much!

S	Sarbjitsingh Sarabha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ — DON’T RECOMMEND This Location — Worst ever, painful experience. I only had sensitivity to one of my tooth. Doctor even didn’t touch that tooth and treated other teeth only for money and increased my problem. When I visited again as my problem increased because of her treatment, Dr. Simrat only gave suggestions to take Tylenol or Advil for pain and even didn’t look at my tooth. I was really shocked at her reaction, that she only need money doesn’t even care about patient’s problem. It’s now a month and my problem is still same. I am not able to sleep properly with this severe pain. Because of her non required fillings. I suggest everyone NEVER allow Doctors to touch your other teeth rather then the problematic one. Really worse experience. ?
B	BRAR SIKANDER SINGH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Simrat Kaur, she is the best Dr. by profession and soul, and her staff they are also very kind and supportive. went there with my son veven we didn't had appointment because my son was crying with pain and some other places told me to come with appointment only was feeling helpless I just randomly went there to try my luck these people were very cooperative. They told me to wait for a few minutes and then Dr. Simrat Kaur checked my son listen and answered my concerns.
