★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old man at the front reception (I assume it's her husband) is extremely rude. I asked him for a receipt for my insurance claim, and rather than handing it to me like any normal human being would, he threw it and said "take it". I'm not sure what his problem is but someone in his position should greet and talk to customers politely rather than presenting himself as an uneducated prick acting like he's doing everyone a favour. I hope you see this Mrs. Rustomji and seriously consider hiring a real receptionist. Your customer's will appreciate it.
