I order large pizza with half jalapeños but they gave me in full, I told them to give 3 creme garlic instead of coke but they did it vice versa. Also we got jalapeño poppers in powder form I believe it was expired one as well.

Very unprofessional, not eager to help and impatient. Made fun of my language. After all this I never received the order. Get professionals PIZZA PIZZA.

Then after I call customer service and they come back with the same pizza cold and open box. I obviously refuse it and call customer service again. Over an hour goes by and nobody shows up. When I call customer service AGAIN they said that the driver delivered it when they didn’t and I have smart home automation to prove that nobody showed up . Not only do they not follow policy but they also lie. Stay away from this cheap broke location

So I asked the associate to clean it politely. He was having a very rude behaviour and told me like go and clean it yourself. It was not at all appreciatable. I asked him that I need to see the manager and he told me he is the manager. He was still talking in a manner that was rude. He told his name as gel. I tried to contact the pizza pizza customer service but no one was picking up. I haven’t had such a bad experience in any other restaurants in my life. During this time of pandemic they have to be careful about the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I told him twice that the PIZZA should have GRILLED CHICKEN ON THE TOP but when the pizza is delivered, there is NO grilled chicken on it.I just wanted to say that TRAIN YOUR STAFF FIRST , So that they know how to take the PROPER ORER. OVERALL THIS IS ONE OF THE RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE EVER.

She misbehaved a old couple in front of me as she did not heard the order details correctly and gave wrong order . I was standing at the corner side of she kind of shouted at us for standing at the corner, I don’t know what is wrong with her but she really need to be taught CS . Thank you.
