I visiting this place whenever I get a chance for dine in. I loved it. Tandoori soya also awesome, must try ? it’s so yummy ???!!

Firstly, they made my pickup order wrong and when i asked them to’ chnage they denied and forced me to take the same thing. They did not give me any refund or any remake instead argued in rough language. I had to give up the food and leave. Secondly after months I tried to give this location another chance but they failed. While dine in I asked for water they said they don’t serve water. I have to buy a bottle. Then we waited for 45 minutes for our food and asked again for water as the food hasn’t arrived yet. An uncle simply said we can’t give you tap water. Just buy a bottle. I have never seen anyone in Canada since past 7 years get refused to use washroom or get tap water in restaurant place. This place really needs to be checked out. Refusing for a tap water Is against civilized human behaviour.

Went in with friends who have been regulars and have been telling me about this place for a long time. The owners and staff are all super friendly. Had an excellent time. We ordered so many dishes to mix and try. My all time favourite is the Garlic Naan with the most authentic tasting butter chicken I have ever had to date!

In between i told one of their server that can we have tap water, she said let me ask my owner, the lady on front desk said her they have to purchase water bottle. I was so shocked like i went on other locations also everyone serve water first. But this location they don’t give water , we have to purchase water also. Its so disgusting. Very poor service. I will never visit here again and will never refer to my friends .

The customer service was excellent and quick to place an order. The restaurant is run by friendly family-oriented owners. It is a MUST visit when at shoppers world if you are craving authentic Punjabi food! This location deserves hype just as the original Rutherford location, really great ambience!

The food was actually pretty good - a little pricy for the quantity but I understand with covid price increases going on. The only downside was the service received from the waitress (in black glasses) I called later and they said her name was Gulshan. They unfortunately refused to offer tap water and offered only bottle water. The waitress stated that since we didn't drink alcohol we aren't entitled to tap water.. she said I'm not suppose to but I'm giving you one water and didn't provide any more for the company I had.. especially in our beautiful Punjabi culture.. paani ee aa hor kuj nhi mngeya.. but that's ok I think giving tap water to patrons shouldn't be a big deal..but if the restaurant doesn't want to that's up to them..but even if refusing, upkeeping a positive customer experience should be more important than attitude to anyone in the restaurant industry.. at the end when providing service she kept up with an attitude.. there seems to be other reviews in regards to their service too.. if you don't want to work in customer service don't, but don't ruin the mood for people just wanting to eat. If the customer service performance improves this restaurant would be 5/5! ??
