★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! This place isn’t Equipped to deal with babies. I would never come here again or recommend them. I didn’t purchase any of my babies pictures 90% of them were of her crying. Why would purchase them. Who continues to take pictures while the baby is crying? Everything was super rushed didn’t take anytime to make my 1 year old feel comfortable at all. I have never experienced this with any other photography studio in my life. Plus had the nerve to charge 16.95 for their time. Rushed and inexperienced never again! Also the owner of the store is very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced and amazing staff! That pretty much sums up my first impression of pro Image studio! It's inside the shoppers world mall. If you plan to go on the weekend, be prepared to stand in line for some time. Its popular with people looking to get passport, visa and PR card photos. They process and deliver the photos in about 15 mins! The staff if very friendly and courteous. They are able to customize passport photos based on country requirements. At least I can confirm for US, Canada and India. The prices are very reasonable. They also have different portfolio packages for family photos as well as photos of babies. Highly recommend this studio for all you photography needs.
