I see Louie most of the time when I go here and he's nice and will offer me extra rice/beans sometimes if I don't grab extra toppings.

Fooled me once. Thanks. No reviews for some time, then all of a sudden many reviews with 5 star ratings around the same time. Wondering whats happening here.
