I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to deliver that and more. Both, Farah and Rose were so kind and professional. I absolutely love my new hair style and would recommend H&M Hair & Spa to any and everyone!!

I later found out they normally only charge people $30-$40. Do not recommend going here at all. Not a bad haircut, but you can go to an actually nice salon in Downtown for that price.

Everyone is very friendly in there and they seem to all work well together. I am definitely going back and I’m finally glad I found my new hair dresser!!!
S	Sadia Alvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why the negative reviews are coming in but I have been to Farah twice and both the times, I have loved my hair color and cut! I don't even show her sample pictures, just tell her what I want and she does it. She makes sure she spends enough time on you and takes into consideration your concerns/questions. I usually avoid taking sample pictures unless I cannot explain because a hair dresser knows better what suits you and what does not. I highly recommend the salon!
Y	Yunzhi Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erica gave me one of the worst hair cutting experiences ever. She is rough and rude, though I would've brushed it off if she was actually good. No, my haircut was completely lopsided and she took off way more than I asked for. I told her I like to wear it as a mid part, so I assumed she would even out both sides. When I noticed it was uneven asked her to even it out, she responded "you asked for layers, so it's going to be uneven." - I beg to differ. She was very rough on my hair and poked me a few times (by accident). On top of that, she stopped midway through my haircut to watch the TV! I'll be going to a real salon to get it fixed, once my hair grows out. I will never come back here and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
M	Mikayla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME HERE FOR A PERM! I came in asking for a tight spiral curly perm and showed Farah a picture of what I wanted and she said it was no problem. It took forever for anyone to get started on my hair and they took many breaks while doing my hair. They left the perm solution on my hair for over an hour!! Farah even left the salon to go to the bank in the middle of my appointment and nobody checked on my hair. When they finally washed it off my hair was only wavy so they put another perm on my hair and Farah was completely unprofessional telling me she had never done this before... They then started yanking and brushing on my freshly permed hair and chopping chunks off to make it look better. The whole ordeal lasted 6 HOURS! and I was charged $250 for it!! My hair is now completely damaged and breaking and the perm looks horrible.

I went to this place to get my hair coloured, showed them a pic that I used to do before and asked them for a similar look. I understand if you’re busy and tired. You should just not book appointments or say that you are short of time. I felt it was different while she was colouring and I asked her if she’d be applying different shades. That’s when she said that she cannot see the picture clear. You shouldn’t have started colouring if you didn’t understand. Now I look 10 years older than my age. This is the worst hair colour I ever got. And all this happened after they made me wait for an hour. I’m new to Mississauga and there’s one place that I can recommend NOT to go. I so miss my Toronto salon.
