1) The guy who was cutting my hair never bothered to listen what I want and was on his ear phones talking all the time.
2) when he finished, I told him this is not what I want, he started arguing with me that this will only look good on me!!
3) He denied doing any changes what I want as other customers were waiting.
Pathetic! When you guys are charging money, give proper customer service and LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

He has a tenacity to learn and grow as a barber and the ability to listen to the needs of a client. I'm always satisfied with every cut because of his ability to understand and communicate the way I would like my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great service, staff was lovely and kind. Atmosphere was chill. Health protocols implemented. I had Jason as my barber. Super sweet guy, converses with you if you want and if not he'll let you relax and close your eyes while you get cut. Really takes the time to give you a clean fade and doesn't rush anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best studio in Brampton. I m going there from almost one year and I never being disappointed. I always get my haircut and beard from Jason(one of the best Barber I ever met here). He is very much good in fading. If you want best fading must get haircut from Jason Medina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presentable, nice and clean barbershop. Bought some nice hair product aswell “Pacino” After getting a cut from jason as always, he applied the product and wow. Look at this shape plus that nice low fade. Best barber ive been so far. Recommend him. Try and you’ll see!
