See the before and after pics. Fabio made me look like a whole new person. It was an impromptu decision to get my hair cut and by far the best one I'd say. His colleagues, Katie and other stylists are great as well. Bring your girlfriend on hair date. I brought mine and we both are super happy with results.

I always get nervous getting a hair cut because its been hard for me to find a good hair stylist. But I left Koi feeling very happy and relieved. Fabio did an amazing job with my hair and did exactly what I requested. He was very welcoming and talkative with me. He made sure that I left there completely content. Even when I had questions, he answered them willingly making me feel comfortable. I have received so many compliments about my hair since. Koi will definitely be seeing me again!!!

So I was super nervous but Fabio did an excellent job. Very recently I went to a different salon to get a permanent straightening done and they completely ruined my hair. I wanted to get rid of it all, so I came back to Fabio for a cut. I was nervous and emotional because I had to go even shorter to get rid of all the damaged hair. I was clueless of how to fix it but completely trusted Fabio. My appointment was booked half an hour before their closing time and since my hair was a mess it took longer than they expected. He was patient and was not in a rush to get out and leave. He took his time, listened to what I had to say and suggested what would look good on me. I’ve been there only twice so far but both the times I felt that he genuinely wanted his clients to love the look. Mid process he would ask me how do I like and then he would not only listen, actually look at your reactions too. I found it very helpful because sometimes I get anxious and don’t want to tell the stylist I don’t like it. Once he realize you don’t show a good reaction, he would ask what needs to be changed and then would do accordingly. I highly recommend him and I’m glad I finally found a stylist who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares what his clients want. I’m super happy with their services
