★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this location at all. I called to confirm the tablet of a particular dosage. They said it's available. Dropped off my prescription, they said they will text me in 45 minutes. After 1hr 15 passed, no text yet, so I went and asked the counter, they said there tablets available only for double the dosage,so I have to cut the tablet. I said I will go ahead with it, they said again 10 min wait to process that. Been an hour now, still nothing. This is the last time I'm coming here for prescriptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird set up to this location. There are no cashiers or counters other than the makeup counter.
It is all self checkout! What about the elderly or the people like myself that come in with children literally hands full and in their arms, or those perhaps injured and require support as many are coming to find some sort of treatment for an ailment or pain relief.
I believe that a self service shop of any kind should legally have to disclose this information so that people have a choice in the type of support they require. So that the consumer can then make their decision. Yet they choose to mark up prices, reduce staff and save millions at the consumers expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, horrible experiences with the pharmacy staff and finally, today, I had enough.
Where's the courtesy, customer service and respect to customers? Is it because I'm elderly? A woman?
During the covid, my doctor would phone in my prescriptions because she worked from home with no fax machine at her disposal. Every time I went to pick up my prescriptions, the staff said nothing was received from my doctor. No one downloaded phone messages there. So, I started calling to check before pickup to be told medications were ready. Lo and behold, I get there and nothing!!
Then I had problems this week with my doctor not calling it in and not returning my calls. I finally spoke to her and had her email it to me. Went to the pharmacy and was refused....don't take email requests. Asked what can I do. Was told again, can't do it. Was it beyond your realm of customer service intellect to suggest I print it. At this point I was crying and left.
I went to Meadowvale Pharmacy and was told they couldn't accept the email, but suggested I print the prescription and bring it back for filling. I'll be back, thank you. Got it done. With a smile.
You could learn something from this Shoppers. You won't catch me inside your doors again.
I wish I could give you a negative review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shoppers ever. Literally.
The lady that works in cosmetics was very rude to us. I myself work in costumer service and the way she treated us is no way to treat a costumer. There is no way i am going to that branch anymore.
She kicked us out and was accusing us of making a mess. Please give her a good training for costumer service.
She was middle eastern with green eyes.
She made me so sad. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences here have always been great. I found the Manager to be professional and friendly. The staff are always friendly, too. They get busy, so try pick a time to go the pharmacy when it’s not crazy time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always experienced the worst at this store since I have moved in this area. The staff here is the most non cooperative. Once I witnessed one of the staff member with long hair named Omer was talking rudely to the senior customers. I was shocked to see. Then the same this happened with me with the same guy. The pharmacist seems blackmailed by this guy. They both are Arabs seems relatives. Some other staff members are very kind. I also experienced that whenever I called for a refill someone takes the phone but without answering just either place on hold again and again or just put it down. On trying again and again the person who answer is that same rude guy who will never ever help and every time you will get disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new register setup for self checkout is not something i look forward too. Having both self checkout and cashiers and letting customers choose what they prefer is the ideal situation seems like they just want you to scan and bag yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some of the reviews and I wanna share with my last two visits in the past week. Both times I took my senior 70s parents for their covid shot. Twice, I got to hang out there and observed the pharmacy staffs and customers interaction. I found the team was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. My parents were very well treated by staff member and pharmacists on duty for their shots. I overheard several walk-in patients were too early for their shot, staff politely informed them. Meanwhile, the rest of the pharmacy was very busy dealing with drop off and pick ups. From what I could see, they were all very pleasant and helpful. This place was very busy and crowded, no doubt. I think the staff are trying their very best to manage this high traffic store.
