The person helping us, of course, got the job done after explaining the process. But this was our first time making the will and we had a lot of doubts and wanted a few details repeated which seemed to irritate him because he had to repeat it again. A little patience and understanding, with a smile, would have gone a long way in making the customer comfortable. While collecting the hard copy in person at Walmart we had a great experience with Sonia Raj Pothula who was very pleasant and helped us with all our questions.

They were so so kind to my aging mum, kept language simple and were patient. Please consider using these guys if you need. And it was very affordable.

They answered all my questions, even called me to make sure I could understand. They are quick and cost me much, much less than the local fellow up here. I will definitely use them again!

They are an appointment based company so please book before you go. They have a systematic work process and you could be done sooner than you think. I recommend this place over others in the area just for the ease of doing business with them.

However, as soon as I got my house, I realized that my water heater was actually not owned but rented (once I got the bill). Additionally, the previous owners' water bill was not paid and therefore added to my property tax bill (also, only realized after I got the bill). I contacted Axess law to file a claim, as this is part of their service to me upon purchasing a home, and it has now been almost 3 months since this happened and the secretary and lawyer are unresponsive. As such, I had to pay the bills myself and I am still waiting for my lawyer's office to help me with this claim. The service was not horrible, but please beware should something happen post home purchase (and after you've paid Axess Law), that they may be unresponsive to you as they were to me, unfortunately.

I was contacted by one person to discuss the details over the phone, she said she would call me on March 4 after 5pm...Im still waiting for a call!! I waited a bit & went to the Walmart Heartland location & spoke with a representative there, I explain the situation to him!! I asked not to be contacted again by the person I was waiting to hear from. He did his part & I was contacted by a second person!! She spoke with my father & he gave permission for her to speak with me, his duaghter!! I called her on March 21st & left a voice mail to let her know I'm available all week until Friday, she can contact me at any time!! I called again on Thursday of that week....again I'm still waiting for a call. I didnt include their names in this review but I have NOT had a positive experience with Axess Law!! Customer service is not what I expected & I'm extremely disappointed!! I have now wasted 2 months waiting for some help....will now have to find another another avenue to have the house title transfer completed!!
