★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the worst experience! I just called to see if they can help me with notarized documents. The “sir” who answer the phone had no manners at all. Not greeting, not identifying of a law office. I had to ask if this was a law office. I could hardly said what I needed and he practically hung up the phone on me. I understand the business of an office but if they have no manner to answer a phone call for a prospect client, I don’t want to imagine the quality of the service they provide. I sincerely hope they realize that first impressions are so important in a business and that people deserve to be treated with respect and to be listened so they can direct the call or answer appropriately.
