We spoke with Jia and then met with her online and not in person due to Covid. Jia and her team was proactive and planned all the things in advance and provided us with the timely updates and answered all our questions and concerns. I like the way she explained the whole process and all the terms and conditions. They were available and reachable over phone anytime.
