Maureen and her team are courteous, professional and thorough. Lucia was so patient with us. My parents have been putting off making a will for a long time. They had previously wasted a lot of time with their old lawyer who wasn't knowledgeable or responsive. When they finally told me they were ready to switch lawyers, I knew I needed someone efficient, knowledgeable and patient with my parents. They deserve only the best.
Maureen was patient with our questions, and had good suggestions for my parent's rental properties, life insurance policies, TFSA and RRSPs.
The team was very responsive throughout the whole process and all of the necessary updates were made very quickly after our consultation meeting with Maureen.
With the Covid-19 situation still looming over us, my elderly parents were also very worried about safety measures. Maureen's team offered a "drive-thru signing" experience where her staff came out to the parking lot in gloves and masks and handed the necessary papers to my parents for signing. My dad (who needs a cane to walk) didn't even have to leave the car and was able to sign everything in the comfort of my car's backseat.
The whole experience couldn't have gone smoother. I am very grateful to Maureen and her team, and am very relieved that my parent's estate planning and wills are now complete!

Maureen and her team, I dealt with Rosalia, were excellent. They were very patient, answered all my questions and never rushed me. They explained the entire process and were very thorough. Maureen's team has welcomed us when making changes; never have we felt as if we were an imposition. From the phone being answered to the individuals who met us to sign updated wills, there was nothing but a welcoming smile, engagement and a willingness to help. We moved 2.5 hours away a couple of years ago but would not consider moving our wills to a new lawyer. Maureen and her team are well worth the drive and we would not hesitate to engage them for any other legal matter. Thank you for being the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made arrangements for Maureen to update my parents will. We had a zoom meeting with Maureen. She answered all my parents questions. My parents felt very comfortable talking with Maureen. The next day the wills were updated and required signatures. I set up a date and time that my parents could go to Maureen's office for signing. Due to Covid they had to stay in their car. Two members of Maureen's team came out to the car for signatures. They were super friendly and did not rush the process. Later that day when I spoke to my dad he couldn't stop talking about how friendly everyone on the team were and how super easy it was.
Thank you Maureen and team for a taking care of my parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was able to get my Will legally updated in a Covide-19 drive-by protocol procedure, amazing teamwork especially when I happen to show up about an hour and a half too early I had come and gone in less than 20 minutes, for them to accommodate me so swiftly was very much appreciated!
You have a amazing team working in dynamic harmony with your clients needs so how could ever justify leaving you as a client Maureen !
