★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did our home closing and refinancing with the team and would've been better off spending a few more dollars for higher quality service. The team was extremely slow in providing documents and made the whole process stressful. We weren't informed until literally a day before closing that we are going to be short of funds, luckily our bank helped us but the KS legal team were absolutely no help. Couldn't even calculate all the funding until the last minute. "Consultation with the lawyer" was like going to your family doctor, rushed and lackluster. Met with her once for 10 mins where she was confusing her own fees and legal terms. After all of that, the final home documents weren't received for another month after.
All in all save your money. Go elsewhere where they aren't in over their heads.

Their fees are very transparent and they breakdown their costs and communicate in a highly professional manner. They are also very responsive in general. I'd like to see them reach out to customers a little more proactively and give them an overview of the entire process and key timelines in advance. Other than that, they are a great law firm and have a strong future!
