- several input mistakes made on files by tax preparer on input into CRA
- client spent time auditing all paper
- sent detailed traces of mistake source , reply from Noor- "CRA made some adjustments" - patently false since it was a arithmetic mess-up
What I really find questionable in professionalism is:
- everyone makes mistakes. professionals own up to them and the response was really unacceptable
- then I got no response to fix this mistake
I find Syed to be fast in working but this basic financial preparer integrity was a real issue
