I was pleased that I could send all my documents remote from home. It was a fantastic and easy process. They worked with my mortgage broker and the e documents signing and closing was a breeze. The staff are very kind and thorough, a special thanks to Gurleen and Barbara for helping me.
I will recommend KPA to friends and family!!

The process was very smooth and the personnel very professional and they all handled what turned out to be a difficult transaction smoothly for me offering great advice. They were on top of my file and kept me current as events unfolded during the process - I thoroughly recommend them for the work they completed for me and will use them again in the future.

We had never purchased a home from a builder before and did not realize all the complications that can arise. We are so grateful to have had Barbara deal with our house closing and addressing all the issues along the way. My wife and I would 100% recommend hiring Barbara and KPA as their responses to all of our questions and concerns were always quickly addressed.
