β β β β β I had the pleasure of meeting Bernadette today to receive acupuncture for the first time. She is very good at what she does. I have to agree with other comments made about Bernadette being very professional, knowledgeable, caring and going the extra mile. She put me at ease by explaining what she was doing. It is good to know there are fine practitioners like Bernadette. It is a pleasure giving her 5 stars, because she definitely deserves it.

β β β β β I visited Bernadette 4 years ago for the first time, and I am happy that I was able to find the best acupuncturist in town, and benefit from her services. In a few sessions she fixed my knee pain due to arthritis - osteoporosis. I also had an intercostal muscle spasm cured in one day. Last week I visited her crying with a pinched nerve on my shoulder unable to move my arm at all, and amazingly with only 2 sessions I regained my strength, and the pain disappeared. I also visited Bernadette over the years for other reasons like nutrin advice, lose weight, and pain management. Her therapy involves a holistic view of health that treats the spirit, emotions, body, and mind. I highly recommend her treatment if you would like to increases your well being, overall health and happiness.

β β β β β Bernadette is a gifted acupuncturist who gives her mind and soul to make your body well again.
I have searched for almost a year to find a Traditional Chinese Medicine professional. Discovering Bernadetteβs clinic during covid-19 pandemic was the best thing that has happened to me. I work in health care myself and I donβt think I could continue my profession without Bernadetteβs treatments.
She is reliable and professional. Her therapies and nutritional advice provide me with relief for migraines, rheumatism, back pain, neck pain, and many more. Compared to analgesics, the relief from pain by cupping and acupuncture I find fast, effective and permanent.
Bernadette has improved my life 100% and I can now enjoy my life to the fullest. I want to thank you for your passion and caring.
I highly recommend Bernadette and I'm looking forward to see her again and again ........ every week for 2 hour sessions.

β β β β β I have been going to Bernadette since the early summer of this year and finally found someone I connected with. She is a great listener and extremely knowledgable. She did acupuncture and gua sha on me every month as I was training for my Olympic Triathlon. She fixed my shoulder and neck pain and really guided me on my health journey. She also helped me tremendously on my nutritional habits and now I am the healthiest I've ever been.
After each session with her, I immediately feel better. I highly recommend Bernadette! I am 26 and will continue to go to her for all my health related issues. Thank you so much for all that you have done for me!
*For anyone looking to have gua sha done with her, she does NOT leave scars like I have seen other practitioners do. She applies the right amount of pressure to treat your chronic pain and is considerate of how you feel while doing so.

β β β β β I was visiting Mississauga and I found my arm sore one day when I woke up. It was brothering me for few days until I decided to look for some acupuncture treatments. Since I am a visitor I just relay on google reviews. I found Dr. Yu with all the 5 Stars reviews so I just go ahead and booked an appointment with her. She is super caring and professional. Besides given me treatment, she even explained to me why I got all these problems and showed me how to use exercise to cure the issues. In the end I visited her few times before I leave Ontario. I wish I can come to get more treatment in the future. I can totally feel her care to her patients.

β β β β β HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Bernadette is one of the most genuine and caring professionals I have dealt with. I came to her after spending over a year at a fertility clinic with useless results. She listened to my concerns and with her guidance, set treatments and change in diet, I was pregnant in less than three months. She knows exactly what sheβs doing and the best part is that she works case by case. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to visit her, so glad I have met her!
