R	Ramon Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way better than magenta! Fast service and Bebe the lady that works their, is really nice and very good at taking photograph. Really knows how to bring your good angle even just for taking passport pics :) Def, would return their again for any documents pics!
L	Lyndsay Woolridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I placed an order and received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I arrived the next day and waited for 10 minutes while the store associate looked for my photos and tried to tell me the order was never received, despite my confirmation email and pick-up notification. They said they would call me with an update within the hour; I never got one. I called customer service who told me to wait and give the store another day to find my order. I did, and lo and behold, the order was not found. I called customer service again to issue a reprint. I received another notice that my reprint was ready, and called customer service to confirm it was there. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order again. After some time, the associate found my order but only ONE photo was printed from my entire order! I complained to the store associate who laughed and didn’t apologize or anything. I called customer service a fourth time and they said they would issue an immediate reprint. It’s been over an hour and a half and I’m writing this from the store, still waiting. When I went back in a second time to ask for an update, all of the associates were gone from the photo centre and I had to ask them to please process my order AGAIN. While in line, I also heard a woman behind me say that they lost her order too and it took a week to reprint, and a second woman waited in line to return photos given to her by accident that were not hers. Looks like yet another customer is going to have the same experience that I did. Avoid at all costs!!
Y	YW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a passport photo, don't go here! The staffs are not photographer. Room lighting, no edit on photo except cropping, so be prepare to see shadow, overlie on your final photo. If you want refund, you will have to call customer service, staff here cannot help you with refund. I waited around 20 mins before a representative picks up a phone call, and I waited another 10 mins on the phone for the representative to refund me. You cannot get a professional passport photo here, try anywhere else.

n	nadia guo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their photo printing machines are like 20 years old, literally, and none of them are guaranteed to work. they crash if you try to load more than 10 photos off a usb flash drive and their staff are utterly useless when it comes to getting them to work. then you have the clueless customers who hog two machines to themselves that they don’t know how to use, and they’re spending the entire time demanding assistance from non-existent staff. if you really must use this service, just upload it to the site and do the pick-up option. even then, the print and paper quality is awful.

I always have to end up walking around searching for a walmart employee trying to get help on that side. Walmart needs to assign someone to that area bcz no one wants to spend a ton of time on something that should be grab and go.
R	Renu Harwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this photo center after heartland denied taking photos for my kids us passport saying that they don’t have good quality care. I visited this Walmart to take the pictures and on arriving there , I saw 2 ladies and none of them was coming to the counter for 5 mins even after calling. I had the feeling that they are not interested in providing the service. After chatting among themselves , one of them approached us and I was told that ‘Walmart has a policy where we take photos for kids 12 years and above’ I am not sure if Walmart has any such policy so why give such lame excuses. My kid is very good with photos and it might have been easier than the adults. I was told to check with other photo studio within Walmart which was charging 35$ for 2 photos ( can you believe it?) Highly disappointed with the attitude of the employees towards the customers and also too much annoyed at the fact that Walmart advertizes too much but none of their stores are capable of taking basic us passport photos . It’s high time either improve your services or pls stop them altogether so that atleast no one visits with the hope of getting photos clicked. Would like to give no stars at all but don’t have that option!!
