l	lina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my husband's experience: took over 40 mins to take passport photos of my newborn. The woman was so strict about the picture and not to mention put my baby in a dangerous position for so long. She asked if my newborn had an appropriate outfit to be held up. What does that even mean. Canada itself has lenient rulings on newborn passport photos because well...surprise! It's a newborn baby that can't control facial expressions! Couldn't even get 2 identical photos in the end because the computer wasn't working to see which photos "passed the requirements". So the woman told us to come back. Instead of coming back the next day, we call in and no one has any idea about our situation. Understandably but so frustrating. Shoppers, just take a newborn/infant's passport picture in their car seat with a white bedsheet behind them like Canada says it's all right to do.
R	Rachel Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appears understaffed, when using self check out if you needed assistance no one would never come because the cashier is swamped with a line of customers. Also very unpredictable with accepting PC optimum app offers, I often go for the no name/burnbrae $1.99 egg deals yet sometimes they will accept sometimes they say the store does not participate. The phone is also never answered, I have waited on hold for a whole hour once with subsequent disconnection. I’ve given up on phoning them ever since.
L	Leighton Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to take the time out to acknowledge a true role model sales attendant, RIHANNA who works in the cosmetics section (2470 Hurontario St). Her customer service was 1ST CLASS !!! She was very patient and knowledgeable while she allowed me to test over 15 different types of fragrances, some even multiple times. She even fetched her own bottle from her vehicle when the tester wasnt available as she insisted on providing me with a strong selection to choose from. The cherry on top was when she went further by calling other stores to check for availability for an out of stock item. I was knocked out of the park impressed with how organic, vested and customers-centric her service was so much that I ended up buying 2 fragrances. .. kudos and thanks to you Rihanna for an excellent customer service experience and keep up the good work. Overall, their line of fragrances and products are good!!??

She followed my boyfriend around the store presumably because he’s black and when I noticed I walked over and he asked her why she was following him and she said she was actually following me… which we weren’t even walking together and I literally walked over to him because I seen he was being followed. She didn’t even ask if he needed help just stayed close behind him throughout aisles……

I asked how long would it take, they said they don't know. They asked for my phone # and they said they would call when its ready. They never did. When I called them back, a couple of hours later. They said it was complete and they said why we weren't contacted said because we left the store. Does not make sense, why would you ask for the phone number then. Today, the hospital faxed over a prescription, and the hospital attempted to call and couldn't get through. I called a few times through out the day and the last time I called phone rang for over 10 minutes, until someone picked up. They never acknowledged the wait time, and when asked they said were busy, sorry in a rude tone. They informed me that the prescription was ready, and again no phone call to inform. This will be the last time I use them.

The pharmacist spent 5 minutes with me to explain my prescription in such detail that I've never had a pharmacist do before. This location is awesome, the pharmacist and the complete staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This Shoppers Drug Mart is also open 24 hours. Easily, the best Shoppers Drug Mart in Mississauga (IMO).

They make an excellent team!! working through this Covid pandemic to make everything better. thank God for their experience and patience. I will go to no other pharmacy except this one because of these guys. thanks for all your hard work. I’ll give you 10 stars if possible. Thanks kindly for being so great, keep it up.
