M	Michael D'Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The is only one cashier lane, and the self-serve machines are obnoxiously, and loud and jarring. I hate it so much. I cannot shop there, especially when I have a headache.
J	Jenny Ly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get a booster shot and the pharmacy staff are all rude, unfriendly, and very hostile. The pharmacist who was assisting us was so unprofessional! It was almost like he didn't want to be there. We simply asked for more guidance on filling out the paperwork and it looked like he had no patience whatsoever. So disappointed with the service that was received, I would avoid this place for your flu shot or vaccine needs.

Only 1 employee in the morning who’s taking my picture and constantly trying to help customers who don’t do self checkout or need assistance to find something. She’s trying her best but service repeatedly disrupted as every 20 sec she needs to attend to another customer. Staff are neither familiar with using the passport studio nor experienced with taking photos. Not sure if shoppers is trying to cut costs on staff but retail stores of this brand name and scale do need well-trained live staff, especially with elderly customers. The only staff working here doing everything also seems overworked, while service being compromised.

The cleanliness is excellent.Great experience. thank you shoppers Elmcreek branch .
S	S. Andres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an over the counter item as directed by my dentist, when I got home I opened the box only to find out that the product was expired. I did not return right away due to the long weekend. When I attempted return, the cashier give me difficult time to obtain a refund for the expired item. To make things easier, I suggested store credit. I was advised that I had waited "too long" and because the box is open, they usually wouldn't provide a refund. I understand that the box was open, but the bottle itself was sealed. My concern with the item was that it was EXPIRED by a whole year and it is unreasonable to provide difficulty in requesting some type of compensation for an expired item.
S	Serena Plathill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to collect my prescription. Had questions about it so the Pharmacy Assistant told me to ask the Pharmacist Emil about it. He was so rude to me! He was acting as if my questions about my prescriptions was extremely offensive to him! Doesn't seem to have good customer service at all. Also, I was there for an hour to collect a simple prescription. Go elsewhere, not here. They don't care about you.
p	proms aggarwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to the pharmacy for my free A1C test. When I reached there, the pharmacist Emil told me he called me multiple times regarding this test. I told him I received no phone calls from him. He later confirmed that he put the incorrect phone number on my file and he also had my date of birth incorrect. This clearly demonstrates that this pharmacy does not keep proper patient records. He then told me that A1C tests would cost $25 even though I was entitled to a free one. He said the rules changed as of last Thursday. Even though this rule should apply to all patients going forward he said it would still apply to me even though I was previously diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. The application of this rule by this pharmacy is both unethical and unfair. I then told him that had I been aware of this I would have never come in and wasted my time and gas. Emil responded rather coldly and told me he would only due to the test if I paid $25. He then stated that he would do it for $20 because he wanted to give me $5 for gas. I was so disqusted that I left the store and reminded Emil about all the negative reviews posted about this pharmacy. I then told him that I understood the reasons why people are so dissatisfied with this location. Emil could careless about the negative reviews. I would highly recommend you go to another Shoppers Drug Mart as this location does not care about their patients and do not keep proper records. I only came to this location on the recommendation of my pharmacist from the square location but will never visit here again.
P	Pan Mittal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and nice offers with PC Optimum. You can get regular household items as well but at high prices, similar concept as of a gas station store. Other pharmacy products are good and pharmacy staff is also not too bad.
