S	S G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often use the self checkout where the service is horrible, a worker once had her shoes off bare feet - gross! - 0 stars for this!! I was walking my dog, given that I live nearby, I often see the cart hoarding gentlemen, often there during the day. Today I saw him escorting a visually impaired women, he was patient, he walked her speed, he gently guided her with his words, pulled her grocery cart with one arm, while escorting her with his free arm. He deserves a kudos! This was observed on May 11th around 230-3pm so that you can narrow down the staff member to praise him, though that is not the reason he did what he did. 10 stars for seeing this. Thank you to him for reminding me that kind, good humans still exist.

G	Godfrey H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here’s a pretty good grocery. Prices are decent. Good, and fairly wide selection of items. Fairly big space and feels like it has slightly wider than average isles. Could benefit from some staff to help find specific items - there are signs, but sometimes the categorization and organization is not what you might expect. For example - cheese can be found in three places: at the deli (“specialty” cheeses), more common cheeses in the chillers at the opposite corner of the grocery, and in the chilled bins near to that. Still, definitely not a bad place to shop. Cash out is usually fairly fast as well, even in busy times that I’ve been.

Found most of what I was looking for but was surprised at the amount of empty shelves especially in freezer section. One Blue Menu item (Sheppards Pie) that I prefer over the regular one, seems to be no longer available. That was always a healthy and handy backup to have.
A	Ahmad Abuzaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem with this store, although it’s has an excellent assortment of products; is that when they run flyers & promotions; the out of stock level on those advertised products are way way high. This leaves a bad taste with customers’ experiences. Today I came to buy Heiwa Calrose Rice 6.8kg where they have the price on special for 11.88 and today is the first day of the promotion and I came here very early. Yet the shelf is empty and when I asked the person that works in the Aisle, his reply “we are in the Middle of a a Renovation. We have limited supplies and I don’t know if it will come”. This is a reply to a customer. You seriously have a problem Loblaws. Get your act together. Out of stock & bad manners. Last time for me in this store.

It stinks like from sewage. They never clean inside the fridges. I contacted the employees and never had any response or nor the condition improved. The manager is always off-site and never available.

They selling all items with good price than another supermarkets (another brand). The Bakery is nice with good decorations of Cakes. Note: if you are supermarket manager please planing to sell more Asia spices (Japan/Korea/China/Vietnam..) and Pork meat items (remember to marketing new items on sell).
