★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karanpreet at the customer support desk is a gentleman in the truest sense of the word. There was a system error and he was not able to refund our washer order. He explained me and my son the whole process, called IT team to resolve the glitch. He kept updating us and even offered chair and water to drink, as it was taking time for IT team. Meanwhile he helped me choose a better washer and a microwave from the store itself, which we ended up ordering with the refund we received after the error was resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them no stars I would. I would never recommend buying a kitchen with Home Depot. The whole process is a mess. They use third party installers and they do a very poor job installing your kitchen. The third party installers don’t show up after a scheduled time with you, and don’t call you to reschedule, you have to call them to reschedule since no one showed up. They also don’t have proper material that you paid for to install, because they forgot it. Your kitchen material gets delivered with a hassle, they don’t even call you 24 hrs before delivery they just message or call you 30 mins prior to arrival, so you need to basically stop whatever your doing (work etc) and make yourself available or otherwise they leave your kitchen on the street in front of your house.
The overall experience is just horrible.
Just do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money to have a kitchen designed and installed by Home Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store with tool rental department. The paint section was pretty crowded with only one associate working. Definitely need more helper there, she was doing her best but for the size of the store, she needs at least 2 more helper. Overall good experience and cheap tool rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice recently. First time an employee was not very helpful - told me they didn't have what I was looking for. It was near closing time, so I trusted his answer and left. Later at home, I checked online and website says their store had 51 pieces of the item in stock! Lesson learned: always check ahead before going to store. Online system also tells you which aisle # and bay # items are located.
Next visit, did my homework and found my items. Still needed some advice on wood filler vs putty vs glue. Luckily this time I encountered a knowledgeable staff member

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer service .. they also help you if u need any help and suggestions and you can get all items for household and This place has everything, except actual homes which you'd think you'd be able to purchase considering the name but with their 2x4s and some drywall you can probably make a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience when we purchased a BBQ grill from this location. We initially had a concern on the grill assembly which was not as we expected. However, my concern was resolved very satisfactorily by one of the supervisors named Mr. Mohammad. He not only got the grill completely assembled but also got it delivered to our house in a short time. Therefore, impressed with the customer service and highly recommended.

Associates were patient and knowledgeable as we made up our minds, never pressured us, and were very willing to discuss finding the best price. We regularly shop here for other small home repair items and we always find what we are looking for. The price match policy is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to 2 different locations to try and purchase an item that was listed as in stock I made my way down to the Mississauga South location and still was unable to find it and was very disappointed. After locating an employee and speaking to Robert in the tools and hardware section he made it his mission to help me hunt down the product and found the last one for me. Very good service and appreciate the amazing customer service!
