GREAT PERSONALIZED SERVICE !!!!!! I wouldn't shop anywhere else. It's great to have a lighting store that offers such a wide variety of suppliers to choose from as well as knowledgeable staff that care about your needs. I would recommend this Living Lighting store to anyone. The Management of this store definitely ensures a personal, informative and satisfying shopping experience. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations !

I had a very good experience here. I purchased 4 pendant lights here for a house I was renovating. When the Electrician went to install them (three months later) it turned out one of the lights was broken. I called the store. They had a record of my receipt (because of course I lost mine). The owner asked me to send in pictures and relay my story via email. She worked with the manufacturer in Vancouver to get me a new light. I was really impressed that she was willing to help me with my predicament. I think another store owner would have said that i would have had to purchase another one. Additionally she has a young man working at the store who was super helpful when i had to choose various fixtures and bulbs. He was so nice and helped move all the boxes to the car. I was very grateful. I ended up purchasing 4 additional outdoor lights. For people who complain about the price, i would say we as a society need to do our part in keeping small businesses going. Paying for quality products and service should come at a price.

I am really happy with Living Lighting service. The people there were nice to lend me a upward and downward Outdoor wall lantern to see which one suits best from there display because they had non in stock. Due to Covid the lights took some time, but well worth it. When the lights came there was 1 broken glass that was easily replaced. And everything else was excellent condition. Thank you Living Lighting.

I purchased 3 lights online that were back ordered. When I received them I realozed the site did not fully explain the light. I thought I was purchasing a β€œsconce” which it was but it had a stem. And while there was an explanation there was a stem it was not clear that this stem had to be used. Instead of the light on the website as depicted (with no other pictures). I feel this was misleading. My pic out of box shows it could not be installed without the ste. I went to the store thinkingI had 2weeks to return but was charged almost $90 for a restocking fee despite telling the store owner the situation and that I would exchange these with an alternate which I had already picked. But their answer was β€œyou should have looked closer at the spec’s”, β€œyou should call us before you order” (defeating the purpose of online) and β€œit was in the terms”. Sure at the very bottom. I have bought lights at LL in the past but no longer. Online ordering is done all the time. And those companies clothing, furniture etc all provide an easy return. And you know returns happen. This is just a cash grab. I know that light will go back to the manufacturer. Terrible service

Was planning to buy a chandelier and also a flush or semi-flush mount. Unfortunately most of their selection is of the same style i.e. mostly chrome finish and lots of crystal. Ended up walking out empty handed because couldn’t find anything that would complement my decor. I mean they do have other styles but very limited choice. Also, prices seemed to be higher - much higher - than elsewhere for ordinary looking light fixtures.

Got charged a 25% restocking fee on 3 lights we bought( Almost $100). Even after we said we were buying 3 more expensive lights. Their terms and conditions are totally misleading stating 14 days return, but down at the bottom it mentions a restocking fee for items not in stock. I am ordering online, so not sure how I know if it is in stock in the store!! Be very careful dealing with this store as there will be zero flexibility no matter what…not friendly service at all! Stay away..

We purchased 8 lighting fixtures and ceiling fans last weekend and were very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly service and price. This was the 4th lighting store we browsed at looking for the right products for our upcoming renovation and Sam and team were awesome. Will definitely go here first the next time we need lighting products.
