★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After we received an excellent sales service in the store today we received the appliance with a damage, we call the costumer service and Anthony best offer is to order a replacement in 10 days. I ask for a supervisor and he denied to transfer the call and hang up. This is not the quality service we expect from a brand like Home Depot. No QAQC in the appliances they dispatch, not a fast solution of the problem generated. Not a supervisor available to assist the costumer. This is the HD service quality?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Toronto and Peel being locked down due to the covid pandemic, I had to travel to this location far outside the city. This location was well sanitized and all the proper safety barriers were in place. It wasn't busy at all and there was plenty of parking. Staff was nice and prompt when I asked for items. You can see this Home Depot from the QEW highway if you're driving to it. It was fun to walk around a store again. Stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently rented a cargo van from HD and literally just picked up a a few drywall to return from my 2 car drive way with nothing around my surrounding when I was accused of damaging the rear of the vehicle. It was impossible for me to go near anything since it was a dead street at the time. Someone was outside the entire time while I was moving the drywall into the truck. I believed the damage was already there during the pre inspection and someone probably glued or covered it up previously until the vehicle actually moved and fell apart. It can also be a rear door not being aligned that can cause if the rear doors opens but It's impossible to find anything when things are not in motion or operating. A female manger was extremely rude and did not consider anything I said! I have been very loyal to HD especially this location. I will not be coming back . ZERO STARS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is "THE BEST" Home Depot to shop at. We recently purchased some large scale shop tools from this location. I went to Burloak with the intent to buy but the staff was unfriendly and not accommodating when I asked them to retrieve an unopened box from storage. I went to the Trafalgar location and the Manager was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and accommodating even through we came in very close to closing time on a week night. I will go back to this location even if it isn't the closest one to my home. Only wish I had completed the online survey within 2 weeks from my purchase so I could give the Manager (Alex?) the kudos she deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really couldn’t believe what happened yesterday with the paint department..2 days ago they prepared a fence Bear red paint,that I wanted less red,more brown.I returned where there were 3 people working who added few drops of white,which didn’t change anything in color n repeated this process for about half an hr but no benefit at all to change color.
What I did,returned home,revived my info to change color by adding little of yellow n blue to the red gallon
This changed the color to more brown..so easy n fast..now should ask why your people couldn’t help me,simply because they are not clever enough to thing outside the box as they’re just computer slaves

This Home Depot is large and the staff do their best to help people. Home Depot is pretty good it came to Canada long ago and they have most everything you need things are not always perfect but at least they try their best. That's why it's DIY!
Have a nice time I went shopping here dozens of times and was recently there the garden centre was open and no matter what season try to be Canadian and drive safe and mind your manners.
