We recently decided to upgrade to a keypad lock and Michael ,the son and new owner, provided us with outstanding customer service. You cant get this expertise or service at a chain or big box store. Michael recommended the hardware and brand that best suited our needs and saved us a bundle.
Cliff, the locksmith, was on time and very efficient. He also took the extra time to walk us through the operation and features of the keypad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snapped a key at site it was the only key that opens many locks on-site called a locksmith in the area and after sending pictures told us it was impossible to cut a broken key like that. Then called this place explained the situation and he said come to our location. Was in and out in 5 mins with the key and 2 spares. Unbelievable service and a friendly dog. Can’t thank these guys enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't find a part I needed to replace on my front door entry set. Even though they don't carry the brand, they still had the part I needed. After a few quick questions, returned from the back with the exact part. So glad I stopped by while I was out today! Will definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome!! I forget the guys name but he is incredibly knowledgeable and great to deal with. There are 2 very friendly dogs that hang around the shop that always want some good ear scratching. Highly recommend! Also, the only place that I've found that can duplicate mailbox keys!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and very helpful. Needed to replace the tumbler on a vintage mortise door lock. Able to identify an source a new tumbler for the lock. Reasonable price for a specialized part to be ordered in. Would recommend this supplier. Other customer that needed an on site call was in the store and she also was very happy.
