r	robert vecchiarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched around for months before endeavoring into my wood shop machinery purchases. Greg (the owner and operator) is a very helpful and honest guy. My first purchase was the 3 hp King Industrial saw and Greg actually questioned my opinion and asked if the 2hp model would work and that it would save me a lot of 100$ bills. I found it quite rare to have someone try to talk you down to a cheaper product that they make less money off. Now I did end up have issues with the saw (some things did not line up to a thousandth of an inch). And because I am super picky I needed it fixed. Greg really shined here. He worked with my every concern professionally and in a timely manner. Due to the manner in which my problems were addressed I bought the 15" thickness planer, 17" band saw, hollow chissel mortiser, 3 speed air cleaner, dust collector, oscillating belt sander, and a monster drill press. I would have bought the jointer too, but a family member sold me theirs (which is identical) for cheap so i could not pass it up. I have used everything set up for months now and I gotta say these tools are probably more than really need for most of the custom work I do. But having too much tool never seemed to slow me down :-) Also Greg / All-in-one have VERY good prices. shop around and you will see, you cannot get more for your money. But its even more comforting to know you will be pointed the the right direction for your needs, not for what makes them the most money. If Greg can handle me as a customer, everyone else has nothing to worry about. Your are in good hands at All-in-one

The lady yup , a real lady , that took my order was both polite and knowledgeable. Knew the parts I described as my part numbers didn’t jive with new ones. Owning a small Upholstery shop in Victoria BC for 22 years , ordering across country in my trade can be painful . Not with these people. Being nervous I emailed twice to make sure of order and replies were immediate and politely with tracking info. Wow. Parts were CORRECT, shipping was Fast and price was fair with our dollar. You could image that given the circumstances, those masks are in high demand and current resources are scarce! The lady owner was extremely helpful and compassionate, when I explained that we are donating majority of the masks to the infected areas in China, she went above and beyond by getting as many boxes as she could from her suppliers, and sold the masks at a very reasonable price. Compare to some business owners who took this crisis as an opportunity to make a huge profit for themselves, All-In-One Wood Tools Keeps a high standard of business ethics and provides the best customer service and care to its clients. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services and products!
