★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicked me and a bunch of other customers out of an aisle because they needed to get a skid down. The lady with curly brown hair was extremely rude: "all of you need to leave right now." No offer of help, no nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank and recognize two great staff members at Home Depot Burloak. George in the appliances department has provided great advice and service as we have updated our kitchen and now our laundry room - we wont go anywhere else for appliances! Secondly Jack in the outdoor and garden has provided expert advice on keeping our tropical plants healthy - advice that works, and we have not been able to find anywhere else. Great job Home depot Burloak, these folks are a credit to the apron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to mention Renee (the trainee stationed at the bath & kitchen dept) and Rianna (at the customer service), that they were very helpful. I had a problem with the soap dispenser that was included in the set of kitchen faucet that i bought. Since the faucet was already installed, it was only the dispenser part needs to be change. And this 2 young ladies were very accomodating and helpful. Thanks, ladies! Again, another happy Home Depot customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably one of the best home Depot stores . I would like to shop in this location always. The staff are very knowledgeable. For appliances I recommend (Shelley and Ian ) they are both so friendly and very helpful ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called about a tile that came broken in a Hampton Bay patio set. Went to two Home Depots who both had no issues replacing it just didn't have the tile in stock. Called this one and spoke to someone that said I had to return it to the original store and that it wasn't their policy to do an exchange like this though two other locations had happily said yes. Spoke to the seasonal manager who huffily (with included sighs) and after such questions as "the other two locations said you should look here for it?" agreed to look for the replacement tile and call me back. Never heard from him again. I don't support places that don't have good customer service or have managers that don't seem like they care at all. I highly suggest going to other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm at a stage in my life where I can't seem to figure out what to do next. With so much going on every second, minute, hour and the day, I stop for a moment to ponder, what else needs some spice. Home wasn't the answer but the wife screamed from behind that she needs air filters. Will that quench my life's thirst for excitement? Probably not. But if I don't get the said air filters, it will surely make this thinking process more painful as soon as I reach home. So Home Depot, here I am, to save me from the pain, and elevate my emotions to the excitement of a child visiting his toy store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Went there for garden soil and the individual working at self checkout caused a scene and blamed me for their mistakes. Not customer service friendly whatsoever. Incompetent staff. Need a better understanding on what they are doing. Train your staff on products being sold and customer service. Better experience at the Cross Ave location. They know what they are doing and treat customers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to find a step ladder at $40 cheeper than any competition. Also picked up a new electrical outlet and strawberry, blueberry and Raspberry plants for our balcony.... While i was doing that my wife was shopping for a chandelier those too were a fraction of the price of competition.... I know were to shop for deals now !!
